What hardware do your Ryzen VPS run on?

Every VPS runs on AMD Ryzen 9 nodes with NVMe SSD storage and dedicated vCPU. Toronto runs AMD Ryzen 9 7950X, Brussels runs AMD Ryzen 9 9950X, and Ashburn runs AMD Ryzen 9 7900. All three score 3000+ on Geekbench 6 single-core, which is what matters for game servers and other latency-sensitive single-threaded workloads.

Which operating systems can I install?

You can choose from Ubuntu Server, Ubuntu Desktop, CentOS, Debian, and Windows Server 2016, 2019 or 2022. You can reinstall with a different OS at any time from the VPS control panel.

Can I host a game server on my VPS?

Yes. A VPS gives you full root or administrator access, so you can run game servers, websites, bots, CI runners, or anything else you like. The Ryzen 9 CPUs are chosen specifically for high clock speeds, which is what game server tick rates depend on.

Plans run from VPS Ryzen-2 at $6.00/mo (2 GB RAM, 2 dedicated vCPU, 30 GB NVMe, 500 GB bandwidth) up to VPS Ryzen-32 at $96.00/mo (32 GB RAM, 8 dedicated vCPU, 480 GB NVMe, 4.8 TB bandwidth). Prepaying longer terms discounts the whole term: 5% quarterly, 10% semi-annually, 15% annually.

Where are your VPS data centers located?

Three regions: Toronto, Ontario in Canada; Brussels, Belgium at the Digital Realty BRU1 facility; and Ashburn, Virginia in the US East region. Pick the location closest to your users for the lowest latency.

Can I open ports on my VPS?

Yes. Every VPS comes with its own dedicated IPv4 address, so you can open any port you need through the firewall installed on your VPS. The knowledge base walks through it for both Linux and Windows, and support can help if you get stuck.

Can I upgrade my VPS later?

Yes. If you need more CPU power, memory, or disk space you can upgrade at any time through the client portal, and billing is prorated. Nothing needs to be rebuilt from scratch.

How quickly is my VPS deployed?
