1. Introduction

Welcome to Four Seasons Hosting, a provider of web hosting and related services (the "Services"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Services, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.fourseasonshosting.com (the "Website").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

3. Description of Services

Four Seasons Hosting provides a variety of web hosting services, including shared hosting, VPS hosting and reseller hosting. All Services are provided on a best effort basis. Four Seasons Hosting does not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times.

4. Payment, Renewal & Refunds

4.1. Payment for the Services is due on the date indicated on the invoice. If payment is not received by the due date, Four Seasons Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.

4.2. Services will be automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period, unless you cancel the service prior to the renewal date.

4.3. Only Domains on Auto-renew have up to 29 days to refund from the date of renewal (Domains Purchased ARE final sales and can not be refunded)

4.4. Servers with a 49% disccount or higher ARE final sales and can not be refunded (Subject to S.L.A)

4.5. Servers with past due payment(s), will be terminated (server deleted) on the 15th day after the due date.

Refunds

4.6 Refunds are available with in the frist 30 days of the frist purchase of a service (Subject to 4.7)

4.7. Refunds will only be iussed if support is contacted and the issue or problem can not be solved with in a 24 hour period from the start of the ticket (via Discord or Website).

5. Content

5.1. You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit via the Services, including but not limited to text, images, and software (the "Content"). By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the Content and that it does not violate any laws or regulations.

5.2. Four Seasons Hosting reserves the right to remove any Content that it believes to be in violation of these Terms or applicable laws and regulations.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

6.1. Upload, post, or transmit any Content that is illegal, harmful,threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;

6.2. Harm minors in any way;

6.3. Upload, post, or transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;

6.4. Upload, post, or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;

6.5. Upload, post, or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

Four Seasons Hosting may revise these Terms of Use for its Website at any time without prior notice. By using this Website, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

8. Limitation of Liability

FOUR SEASONS HOSTING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Four Seasons Hosting, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
