      Four Seasons Hosting provides hosting services to enable customers to publish websites and other online content. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the acceptable use of our services and facilities. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy, which is designed to ensure a safe and secure environment for all customers.

Prohibited Activities:

Illegal Activities: Customers may not use Four Seasons Hosting's services for any illegal activity, including but not limited to, hacking, spamming, phishing, fraud, or distribution of malware.

Resource Abuse: Customers may not engage in any activity that overloads or degrades the performance of our servers or network, including but not limited to, CPU, memory, hard drive, or bandwidth abuse. This includes running excessive background processes, intensive multimedia or gaming applications, and server stress-testing.

Prohibited Content: Customers may not publish any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or discriminatory in nature. This includes content that infringes on intellectual property rights or privacy, or promotes hate speech or violence.

Unsolicited Email: Customers may not use our services to send unsolicited email (spam), either from our servers or using third-party services that reference our IP addresses or domains. This includes bulk email campaigns, chain letters, and pyramid schemes.

Network Attacks: Customers may not launch or participate in any network attacks, including but not limited to, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS), Port Scanning, or other attacks that compromise the security or availability of our services.

Unauthorized Access: Customers may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks, or attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of our services.

Consequences of Violations:

      Four Seasons Hosting takes violations of this AUP seriously and reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of services, account termination, and legal action, if necessary. Violations of this policy may also result in reporting to appropriate law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and secure hosting environment for all customers.

This AUP is effective from the date of customer signup and is subject to change with a 30-day notice to customers.
